Brighton Open Air Theatre Summer Season
3 May – 22 Sep
This year marks Brighton Open Air Theatre (or, BOAT)’s tenth season, and to celebrate a remarkable variety of performances will take place right up until the summer’s close. Since opening in the summer of 2015 following the tragic passing of local playwright Adrian Bunting, who spearheaded BOAT’s creation, the theatre has become something of a premiere location for the performing arts. This year’s season will see the fifth edition of the Summer Comedy Festival, featuring such top names as Sara Pascoe, Marcus Brigstocke and Romesh Ranganathan, as well as theatre, drag, opera, dance and everything in-between. Don’t miss out on your chance to spend a warm evening at Brighton’s only outdoor venue.
