Hastings Craft Weekend
Hastings Craft Weekend is a major celebration of local craftsmanship and maker culture. Held at the recently restored Observer Building in Hastings, it showcases the work of over 35 regional designer-makers, making it an excellent destination to shop for bespoke pieces or commission custom work. Hastings Craft Weekend are kindly sponsoring the press and launch events on 19 June.

Makers Partner: The Makers Directory
Founded in 2021, The Makers Directory is a comprehensive, searchable online directory of artists and makers in the Lewes-Eastbourne district of East Sussex. The directory covers a wide range of disciplines, enabling buyers to connect with and commission makers. They state: “We are here to celebrate and promote the local makers in the astonishingly creative patch of Sussex.”
Co-founder and director, Corina Buckwell, has been a key consultant for Sussex Craft Week, making connections with the top craftsmen and women in the region, co-organising and sponsoring the Studio Safari series and Sussex Craft Awards.
Artelium Wine
Artelium is a contemporary English wine estate in the Sussex South Downs, blending exceptional still and sparkling wines with contemporary art and local hospitality. Located in East Sussex (near Ditchling and Plumpton), it has quickly gained international acclaim. Artelium are kindly sponsoring the Sussex Craft Awards 2026 at Newlands House Gallery.
London Art Fair
London Art Fair is a premier annual art event held in January at Islington’s Business Design Centre. It showcases Modern and contemporary art from the early 20th century to the present, gathering over 100 international galleries, immersive installations, and an engaging program of curated talks and tours. London Art Fair is a partner with ROSA Magazine and supports the London launch of Sussex Craft Week.
