This is the third ‘Mehfil – e – Rose Hill’ organised by local curator Atiya Gourlay, in collaboration with The Rose Hill and Zeroclassikal, and part of a year-long programme of south Asian classical raag music. ‘Mehfil’ is defined as ‘a gathering where music or poetry is performed for a small audience in an intimate setting’, and this time the audience can enjoy the ancient sound of the Afghan rubab played by Milad Yousofi.
