A science-based audiovisual installation with a feminist message. This work celebrates the discovery by 18^th-century astronomer Caroline Herschel that 560 stars were missing from the British Star Catalogue. These were reproduced on glass plates, and in Laird’s piece represent the many women whose research, knowledge and wisdom have been overlooked.
