The final leg of a national tour that started at Sotheby’s in London in January, and spent the summer on display at Project Ability in Glasgow. This is the eighth National Open Exhibition, organised by the charity Outside In, who assist artists who encounter significant barriers due to health, disability, social circumstance or isolation. 80 artists have been shortlisted – by judge Bob & Roberta Smith – from over 500 entries. The charity is now a national concern, with several hubs over the country, having been set up in Chichester by director Marc Steene.
