
COURSE: An Introduction to Willow Weaving

Local artist and maker Anna Twinam Cauchi will demonstrate the uses of willow as a heritage craft material. This event will include the opportunity to learn traditional methods of willow weaving for basketry and functional forms including garden obelisks and plant supports. The workshop is set in the Apron Community Garden, a hidden gem surrounded by ancient sweet chestnut trees in Shoreham’s Buckingham Park.
