Lilian Simonsson (b.1975)is an artist, filmmaker, creative producer and systemic consultant based in the UK.  Born in 1975 to a German mother and a Swedish father, her early years were shaped by a love for foraging, and endless days spent in her photographic darkroom. At ten, a helium balloon she released in the West reached East Germany, sparking a pen friendship and lifelong passion in fostering connections across social, cultural, and political divides.

She studied Fine Art at Guildhall University and Film + TV Production at the University of the Arts in London, before a successful career as an independent filmmaker for clients including the Tate Channel, BBC, Sunday Times, and Chiltern Firehouse.

After filming in the Calais Jungle, she co-founded the UK charity Enthum Foundation.

She stepped down as director in 2024, to return to her artistic practise spanning photography, collage, written word and moving image. Lilian exhibits internationally and works with collectors, producers and institutions on creative commissions, cultural events and social impact projects.

Keri Lassalle (b. US) is a painter whose work is rooted in a lifelong engagement with art, design, and the natural world. After attending the University of Southern California, where she received a Liberal Arts degree with a focus on poetry and art history, Lassalle moved to Paris at the age of twenty-three and began working as an art and lifestyle journalist. A subsequent move to London fostered her early studies in ceramics while she continued her journalistic career as a celebrity writer for Harper’s UK, GQ, and other fashion publications. Returning to California, she spent nearly two decades designing jewellery and handbag collections, a chapter that taught her to see beauty in detail and create with discipline.

In the wake of the pandemic, Lassalle experienced a pivotal moment while walking through a public garden, an encounter she understood as a spiritual calling. The flowers revealed themselves as messengers, carrying a clear and insistent invitation to paint them. Since that time, and following further fine arts study at the Milan Art Institute, painting flowers has become a daily devotional practice and the central focus of her work.

Working primarily in watercolour, she is drawn to the medium’s elemental nature and the intuitive dialogue between water, pigment, and chance. Each painting begins as an act of listening: to rhythm, breath, and the subtle interior quiet through which imagery emerges.

Lassalle lives and paints between East Sussex, Provence, and Ojai, California, three landscapes that continually shape her sense of light, atmosphere, and belonging.
