Jo Kemp is a photographer and visual artist born in Bradford. She spent much of her early life in Asia, followed by over a decade living and working in Spain. These geographical experiences have deeply shaped her relationship with colour, light and atmosphere, and continue to inform her visual language.

Her fine art practice explores our interconnectedness with the natural world, often through abstract floral imagery developed as long-form, contemplative series. Working intuitively, she uses light and colour to create images that move beyond botanical description into a more sensory, embodied experience.  

For ROSA Botanical Art Fair, Kemp will showcase her ‘Abstract flora series’, the same dreamlike imagery recently selected to lead the London campaign for The Other Art Fair 2025.
