Lisa Unwin is a photographic artist who puts conservation at the heart of what she creates. Her work explores the intersection of beauty and environmental responsibility.
Working under the name The Gathered Garden Studio, she grows and photographs flowers in ways that aim to restore and nurture the land, creating images that offer space for reflection on how we might live in a more reciprocal relationship with the natural world.
By reimagining the traditions of floral still life in response to contemporary ecological concerns, her work honours the relationship between people and the land they tend, and the care that allows both to flourish.
