Alexandra Simpson is a contemporary jewellery designer known for her playful and experimental approach to design-led jewellery, creating delicate, intricate pieces that evoke a sense of freedom and movement. Working primarily in precious metals and gemstones, her organic and enchanting aesthetic carries consistently across her collections, often featuring detailed techniques such as granulation, fine wirework, and miniature, nature-inspired sculptures, that reflect her fascination with the natural world.

Alexandra regularly exhibits at handmade and design-led craft and art shows, where her distinctive craftsmanship has earned recognition, most notably winning the Coutts New Jeweller Award in 2009. Her work is inspired by the beauty, fragility and intricate structures of nature, which she translates into finely detailed wearable art that celebrates both traditional goldsmithing skills, and imaginative contemporary design.
